About The Day To Day…

  • Be the first point of contact for all IT support queries—delivering 1st & 2nd line support across Microsoft 365, Office apps, and internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, mobile, and audio & visual issues with confidence and clarity.
  • Build and configure devices for new joiners, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and support end-user tech—from laptops to printers to meeting room setups.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests with precision and care.
  • Spot patterns, dig deep into recurring issues, and implement long-term fixes.
  • Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation to support the wider team.
  • Own your work. Drive continuous improvement. Keep the business moving.

About You...
What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced IT Service Desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Windows 10/11.
  • A natural communicator—clear, confident, and calm under pressure.
  • A problem-solver who thrives on challenges and takes pride in delivering results.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure services and user lifecycle management.
  • Microsoft certifications or equivalent qualifications required.
