• Experience in telecoms, fibre networks, or field engineering

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent industry experience

• Strong passion for developing learners and enhancing employability

• Excellent communication, organisation, and engagement skills

• Willingness to undertake a fully funded teaching qualification

• Confidence delivering both classroom-based and online sessions as a Telecoms Trainer / Telecommunication Tutor
