Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Support Engineers to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support queries, ensuring seamless service for our customers. This role offers a pathway to deeper technical responsibilities in our Azure-based platform, evolving into a key technical contributor as we scale.

What you will do:

- Respond promptly to customer support queries, ensuring a high level of service.

- Develop and implement monitoring and alerting solutions to enhance system reliability.

- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues on an Azure-based platform.

The ideal candidate:

- Possess junior developer skills, including basic scripting or coding experience.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms; Azure experience is a plus.

- Demonstrate a customer-first approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
