Driver Provider UK are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing work within the drainage sector.

Our client requires on-going vacuum tanker drivers to work on a 4 on 4 off rota day and night shift positions available.

We are looking for professional HGV drivers with a positive can do attitude, who can work as part of a team or equally well alone.

We require candiates to have category C or CE driving entitlement, valid CPC and a valid digital tacho card. Candidates will also need to understand working under domestic regulations.

Drainage experience would be prefered but is not essential as training will be provided. We can take newly qualified HGV Class 1 and 2 drivers as all candidates will have to pass a pre employment driving assessment. Duties will include but are not exclusive to:

  • maintaining wet wells
  • managing emergency floods situations
  • emptying and legally disposing septic tank waste
  • other associated drainage duties.
  • Day shifts 05:00 - 17:00
  • Night shifts 17:00 - 05:00

Drivers are expected to be available for a 12 hour shift but should be prepared under emergency conditions to commit to longer duty.

About The Role

Day shift 05:00 - 17:00

Night shift 17:00 - 05:00

Candidates will undergo specialist training to be able to safely carry out drainage duties.

On going training and skill development

All required PPE and safety equipment will be provided.
