Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services such as cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
• Provide specialised services including eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
• Offer expert advice on haircare routines and product recommendations to clients.
• Manage store operations efficiently, including front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and client reception.
• Upsell retail products and additional services to maximise sales opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the salon at all times.
• Assist in store management tasks as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Skills in barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and colour techniques are highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous.
• Ability to mentor junior staff members and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £1.00-£2.00 per year
