We are looking for a Head of Lettings in our Wandsworth office.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wandsworth for the Head of Lettings. The Head of Lettings will oversee and lead the lettings operations, including managing teams, ensuring top-tier client service, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, maintaining compliance, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders. The role also involves analysing market trends to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in residential lettings, property management, and real estate markets
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to analyse performance data
  • Thorough knowledge of relevant property laws and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in a senior lettings role is preferred
  • A professional qualification in property or real estate is advantageous
