Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic setting while contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Duties

  • Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the till system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
  • Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
  • Monitor guest behaviour to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed during busy periods
  • Engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming environment
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable
  • Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Excellent time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
