Skills And Competencies

  • Demonstrated success in strategic selling and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of credit research, banking risk regulations, and financial data applications
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver consultative solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic language is essential
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Responsibilities
This positiion is responsible for driving commercial growth across Banking accounts in Europe and Africa, focusing on Nordic institutions.

  • Lead strategic engagement and commercial development across priority Banking clients
  • Establish and maintain C-suite relationships, serving as the primary executive contact
  • Deliver tailored enterprise solutions aligned with client-specific risk management needs
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute opportunities that generate mutual value
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage complex sales cycles and resolve strategic issues
  • Represent Moody's at industry forums and client events as required

Our Banking Relationship Management team is responsible for driving commercial growth and client satisfaction across Moody's Banking accounts. We foster strategic partnerships with leading financial institutions, delivering innovative solutions tailored to their risk management needs.
