We have a part time position available to work on our integrated eating disorder unit at Ancora House is Chester. We are looking for an experienced administrator to make this role their own and play an active part in our multidisciplinary team.

This role is to provide the Ward Manager, medical staff and multi-disciplinary teams with quality and comprehensive administrative support. We are proud of being caring, competent and compassionate, with patients at the heart of what we do. You will play an important part in our aim to provide high quality, safe services which improve the health, well-being and independence of the people within our locality.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this

Main duties of the job

You must be able to manage your time effectively and be proactive in managing conflicting deadlines and demands. This is a busy role and you will be the go to person for many administrative enquiries from patient records, stock ordering, data acquisition and reporting, auditing and mandatory training booking.

You will need to have strong IT skills and able to use a variety of Microsoft applications in addition to NHS specific applications such as System One, ESR, NHS Supply Chain and IPROC (training is provided).

You will be required to support the Administration Team on the ward and there may be occasions where you will be required to minute meetings as and when needed.

Working for our organisation

We employ around 4,500 staff across 73 sites and have services across Wirral and Cheshire, as well as Trafford, Warrington, Bolton, Halton, Liverpool and Stockport.

Our aim is to help improve the lives of everyone in our communities, adopting a compassionate, person-centred approach to everything we do. We are rated as Outstanding for Caring by the Care Quality Commission, with a Good rating overall.
