Job Description:
Lead a research engine, transforming data and market insights into actionable strategies for high-potential investments. Build repeatable research frameworks, drive strategic value-creation projects across a diverse portfolio, and ensure monitoring translates into intelligence, directly impacting founders' key decisions and accelerating portfolio growth.

What you will do:

  • Create and manage a repeatable research engine, productizing commercial diligence into reusable modules and deep-dive projects

  • Drive strategic and tactical value-creation projects for portfolio companies, influencing major business decisions and accelerating growth

  • Oversee and automate the quarterly portfolio review process, translating monitoring insights into actionable intelligence

The ideal candidate:

  • 5-8 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (PE practice) or a value creation/operating role at a PE/VC firm

  • Proven ability to independently lead strategy and research projects from scoping to delivery with C-level stakeholders

  • Demonstrated strength in conducting commercial deep-dives and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable recommendations
