Healthcare Partnership Manager
to join our Wound Care Division. This is a unique opportunity to work strategically within the NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICS) to embed Coloplast's innovative products and services while driving sales and account growth.
Your Role
As a Healthcare Partnership Manager, you will be at the forefront of building partnerships that align with NHS objectives and improve patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include
- Promoting and selling the Coloplast Wound Care Total Value Proposition – encompassing products, ONPOS, education, and services to NHS leaders at all levels.
- Developing creative strategies to influence accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive sustainable sales.
- Building strong relationships with NHS specialists, senior clinicians, ICS leaders, and procurement professionals.
- Staying informed about the evolving NHS landscape to craft proposals that align with national objectives.
- Championing ONPOS (non-prescription accounts) by managing existing accounts and ensuring sustainable service use.
- Collaborating with Territory Managers to grow Key Accounts and formulary listings.
- Identifying and developing partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and product advocates.
- Leading monthly business reviews and delivering on agreed actions to achieve strategic goals.

What We're Looking For
We're searching for a strategic and commercially minded professional with
- Proven experience working with NHS organisations, ICBs, provider collaboratives and primary care networks.
- Knowledge of NHS financial flows and key account management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation in healthcare and a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of the Wound Care environment (preferred but not essential).
- A valid driving license.
