About you

In order to succeed in this role, you will be;

  • a skilled teacher of English with an understanding of effective pedagogical approaches.
  • passionate about leading successful learning, in their classroom and across the subject, promoting a positive school culture.
  • able to model well planned, organized and innovative lessons for the faculty.
  • an effective and efficient team leader.
  • organised and have an eye for detail.

You will need to provide our students with an outstanding education in English and work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to provide effective support with a view to continuing to raise standards, supporting the school in securing high standards of teaching and learning.
