• Teaching and Learning:
  • Teach a reduced timetable of engaging and stimulating Geography lessons, demonstrating strong subject knowledge and pedagogical skills.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure all students reach their full potential.
  • Employ effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and inform future teaching.
• External Relations:

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Geography teacher with a proven track record of leadership success: Possess a recognized teaching qualification and demonstrate a successful track record of leading and managing a Geography department, with a passion for inspiring and motivating both students and colleagues.
• A deep understanding of the National Curriculum for Geography and a passion for innovative teaching methods: Demonstrate a strong understanding of geographical concepts, theories, and research methods.
