WeDo Tech has partnered with a client to support their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement roll out to modernise client management, sales processes and data visibility, and requires an experienced Programme Manager to take the lead.

This role will oversee the full delivery of Dynamics 365 CE, working with senior stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure the platform is successfully embedded across the organisation and delivers real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, delivery and governance of the Dynamics 365 CE implementation from initiation through to adoption.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and communication at programme level.
  • Coordinate internal business teams, IT stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee data migration, integrations and reporting solutions within the D365 CE environment.
  • Drive user engagement, training and long-term adoption to maximise platform value.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record leading Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement transformation programmes.
  • Deep understanding of D365 CE functionality, configuration, integrations and governance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and deliver in complex, multi-stream environments.
  • Background in professional services, investment or financial sectors is beneficial but not essential.
