We're on the lookout for a motivated, ambitious, and German-speaking Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic SMB EMEA sales team in London. This is your chance to be part of a team that's been at the heart of Mintel's success-and to grow your career from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the sales cycle: From prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Drive new business: Focus on acquiring new clients across the DACH region.
  • Be a trusted advisor: Understand client needs and recommend the right Mintel solutions.
  • Stay sharp: Use cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vidyard, and more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Product.
  • Grow every day: Learn from experienced mentors and develop your sales toolkit.
Who We're Looking For
  • A fluent German and English speaker with a passion for sales.
  • A recent graduate or early-career professional ready to dive into a commercial role.
  • A natural communicator-confident on the phone, Zoom, and in person.
  • A self-starter who's curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Someone who's goal-oriented, resilient, and thrives in a team environment.
