Are you a commercial property solicitor with a passion for infrastructure and telecoms? Our client is looking for a skilled lawyer to join their UK wide team, advising on high-profile real estate matters with a specialist focus on the telecommunications sector.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of commercial real estate and telecoms. You'll advise major network operators, infrastructure providers, and landlords on site acquisitions, leases, wayleaves, and property rights across Scotland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing
  • Advising on telecoms-related property matters, including Code agreements and mast sites
  • Drafting and negotiating complex agreements and managing due diligence
  • Supporting infrastructure rollouts and network upgrades
  • Collaborating with planning, construction, and regulatory teams

What They Are Looking For:

  • Background in commercial real estate, ideally with telecoms experience, however not essential, circa 3-10 Yrs PQE
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
