We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Junior Account Executive to join a leading telecoms company in Aberdeen. As a Junior Account Executive you'll be working with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring they're getting the best from their services and identifying opportunities to add further value. You'll develop your commercial and relationship-building skills while being supported by experienced mentors.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing business customers
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for client queries and service updates
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell telecoms solutions
  • Conduct account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Work with technical and customer service teams to deliver great outcomes
  • Keep accurate records of activity and pipeline in the CRM system

Please note this is an entry-level position, all relevant training will be provided.
