Hours per week:
This role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part-time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.

About the role:
Responsible for the administration of fleet information systems (including AGRESSO, asset tracking and fuel systems), data quality management system, and the provision of management information for a strategically aligned fleet.

  • Administer fleet related ICT systems.
  • Translate raw data into business management information to support decision making.
  • Compliance with Force policy, FOI, Data Protection and Information Assurance. This includes managing localised information security, drafting FOI responses, and acting as the assistant information asset owner.
  • Administers fleet ICT systems (Agresso, asset tracking and fuel system); develop and maintain functionality. This includes acting as the interface with system support, ITLO, and relevant external suppliers.
  • Managing departmental filing, data migration and information management system in accordance with relevant Force policy and data protection policy.
