This role will support the Heathrow online retail revolution by taking a key role in the implementation of the new platform and ensuring ongoing delivery of a world-class user experience befitting our £1.6bn retail business featuring some of the world's most prestigious and successful brands.
- Own and lead strategic retailer partnerships , ensuring full accountability for online performance and compliance with commercial agreements.
- Provide actionable insights to the Digital team to optimize site merchandising, UI, and UX, driving conversion and enhancing the customer journey.
- Collaborate with offline account management teams to align and strengthen online retail partner relationships for a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Oversee third-party fulfilment operations , including B2C contact center performance, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and customer expectations.
- Translate operational needs into system requirements , working with technical teams to implement solutions that improve efficiency and customer engagement.
Shape the customer proposition , leveraging digital tools and creative concepts to differentiate Heathrow Retail.
Minimum 2 years eCommerce role or junior account management experience required
- Fashion or luxury Retail or eCommerce experience preferred
- Experience of partner (e.g. retailer, agency, supplier) relationship management
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work to targets
- Understanding of the basic principles and importance of UI and UX
- Solid analytical skills for performance metrics

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow . Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You'll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
