We're on the lookout for an experienced and visionary Senior Graphic Designer who excels in leading artistic creation and driving the design process from the front. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of crafting standout materials that define our product launches and elevate our brand presence. You'll collaborate closely with a dynamic team to develop innovative branding, advertising, packaging, and promotional materials that not only tell compelling stories but also set our brands apart in the market.

Requirements

1. Stay attuned to market trends and develop and design new brands that captivate and resonate with target audiences, ensuring each brand tells a unique and compelling story.

2. Lead the artistic direction of all branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision to create a captivating, cohesive brand image both tactilely and on screen.

3. Lead digital projects with a strong emphasis on brand identity and engagement, leveraging your expertise to guide the creative team.

4. Editorial/Layout Design: Create visually stunning and engaging layouts for various publications and marketing materials.

5. Advertising and Brand Brochures: Design beautiful, eye-catching advertising materials and brand brochures that effectively communicate our brand messages.

6. Brand Enhancement: Uphold and elevate all brands within our portfolio, ensuring consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

7. Digital Illustration: Produce high-quality digital illustrations that enhance brand narratives.

8. Video Creation and Motion Graphics: Confidently create engaging video content and motion graphics that bring our brand stories to life.

9. UX and UI Design: Design user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences, enhancing our brands' online presence.

10. Adobe Creative Suite: Utilize the full suite of Adobe Creative tools, along with other relevant software, to execute design projects with precision and creativity.

11. Exhibit strong communication skills, expert time management, and exceptional organisational abilities for precise project execution within established deadlines.

12. Display exceptional organisational skills, effectively managing multiple projects under stringent timelines.

13. Mentor creative team members, fostering collaboration and inspiring a culture of excellence in brand design and execution.
