Employer Liaison and Progression Coach

The Employer Liaison and Progression Coach is responsible for working with employers to drive learner success and employment outcomes across all skills bootcamp programmes. This role involves ensuring milestone achievements, supporting smooth onboarding, coordinating with learners and employers for evidence collection, and coaching learners towards successful job applications and work placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Milestone Achievement:
- Ensure that all bootcamp milestones are met in accordance with programme expectations.
- Work proactively with learners and employers to source the required evidence for milestone completion.
- Track learner progress and provide targeted support to address barriers to achievement.
Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with Tutors and Administrators to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for learners.
- Ensure all initial documentation and enrolment processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
KPI Management:
- Work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) related to milestone achievements and learner progression.
- Monitor and report on learner outcomes to maintain compliance with funding requirements.
Into-Work Support:
- Support learners with their transition into work by providing guidance on CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation.
- Identify suitable job opportunities and industry links to enhance employability.
Coaching and Mentorship:
- Provide one-to-one coaching sessions to build learner confidence and career readiness.
- Offer ongoing mentorship and support throughout the learner's journey.
Employer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to create job opportunities and work placements.
- Act as a bridge between learners and employers, ensuring expectations are met on both sides.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in coaching, career advising, or employability support.
- Proven experience working in a B2B environment.
- Understanding of bootcamp structures and milestone tracking.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in working with employers and learners to achieve measurable outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £27,880.00-£29,500.00 per year
