What you'll be doing:

  • Running your branch
    like it's your own business in a competitive, sales-focused environment
  • Building strong relationships
    with traders and customers
  • Recruiting, training, and leading
    a small, motivated team to hit targets
  • Driving profitability

  • Drive new business and repeat sales to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets
  • Full P&L responsibility for your branch
  • Hire, train and develop your own branch team
  • Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements
