Tweedmill Textiles is a UK based manufacturer, established for over 50 years. We are a market leader in our industry, producing stunning wool blankets through to fashionable flat caps.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic UK Account Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager this role will involve working with a variety of departments based at our Head Office in Flint, North Wales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B sales with lead generation experience, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings both off and on site to showcase and sell our products
  • Represent the company at tradeshows throughout the year
  • Processing sales orders.
  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with enquiries in the appropriate manner
  • Using an in-house database
  • Create and identify opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Working as part of a team and liaising with other areas of the organisation when necessary
  • Organise and plan your time to ensure all tasks are completed to meet the companies expectation
  • After sales support
  • Build strong relationships across our customer base to become an influential and trusted Tweedmill Textiles Account Manager.
  • Build relationship easily, be a real people person and an excellent communicator.

Essential Skills:

  • An energetic, enthusiastic individual, with the drive and passion to succeed.
  • Be a real people person, who is an excellent communicator and has the ability to build positive relationships easily.
  • Proven telesales experience
  • An excellent telephone communicator with a confident personal approach, and competitive driven approach to all they do.
  • Proactive attitude, able to think on their feet, self motivated with ability to work independently when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to plan and organise own workload affectively.
  • Computer literate
  • With a minimum of five years sales experience.

Salary dependant on experience.
