Primary or SEND Recruitment Manager

Location: Central Manchester (hybrid)

Salary 40k-45k plus commission

Hours: 7am–5pm (office-based) term time & shorter hours during school holidays (typically 9:30am – 2pm)

As a Primary/SEND Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting schools with top-tier talent. Acting as a strategic partner to school clients, you'll ensure their staffing needs are met effectively and efficiently using our cutting-edge platform - all while benefiting from an industry-leading commission structure that rewards your success.

Requirements

  • Experience and Sector Knowledge:
    experience as an Education Recruiter is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: comfortable using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
