Key Responsibilities: 

**Content Strategy & Leadership**

- Develop and own the global content strategy, tailored to what our audiences actually want, from developers and startups to enterprises and investors.

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing content team of writers, designers, videographers, and editors.

- Build and maintain a creative environment that encourages experimentation, storytelling, and cross-team collaboration.

- Align content with business goals by building awareness, educating audiences, and driving measurable pipeline.

- Define Nexgen's voice, tone, and messaging to ensure clarity and consistency across every channel.

- Use analytics, customer insight, and AI tools to continuously refine the content direction based on engagement and conversion data. 

 **Multi-Format Content Creation**

- Expand Nexgen's content beyond traditional written formats. Oversee the creation of high-impact videos, podcasts, presentations, and interactive assets alongside blogs, whitepapers, and articles.

- Develop content frameworks based on audience needs, pain points, and intent, not just keywords.

- Identify the intersection between what our audience wants to consume and what drives business outcomes.

- Collaborate with the SEO and demand generation teams to build and optimize content clusters around AI, cloud infrastructure, HPC, and sustainability.

**AI SEO & Performance**

- Lead an AI-powered SEO strategy that leverages automation, semantic search, and data analysis to improve visibility and conversion.

- Experiment with emerging content formats and distribution methods across search, social, and AI discovery platforms.

- Define and track performance metrics for content success, including engagement, reach, and conversion impact.

**Company-Wide Content Enablement**

- Work collaboratively across departments, including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.

- Review and improve how different teams communicate with customers and partners, helping refine the company-wide approach to content and messaging.

- Develop and deliver materials that support every stage of the customer journey, from awareness and education to evaluation and purchase.

- Partner with leadership to ensure internal and external communications align with Nexgen's brand narrative and objectives. 

**Product & Launch Storytelling**

- Work closely with the Product team to stay ahead of launches and roadmap developments.

- Translate technical information into engaging narratives that clearly communicate value and innovation.

- Ensure every product release is supported by cohesive, aligned content across web, email, press, and social channels.

**Press & Thought Leadership**

- Manage press releases, media relations, and announcement strategies that elevate Nexgen's reputation in the cloud and AI industry.

- Collaborate with executives to produce thought leadership pieces, interviews, and op-eds.

- Identify opportunities for proactive media coverage and storytelling around key milestones and industry trends.

What You'll Bring

 - 6+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or marketing, ideally in cloud, AI, or technology.

- Proven success developing content strategies that balance SEO performance with audience engagement and conversion.

- Experience managing and inspiring teams in a creative, high-performance environment.

- Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for multiple audiences.

- Deep understanding of AI-driven SEO and emerging trends in content discovery.

- Experience managing multimedia content production including video, podcasts, and live presentations.

- Experience creating and managing press releases and media outreach.

- A collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Product, and Marketing.

- Highly analytical and creative, comfortable using data to guide decisions while driving innovation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This role is based in our London office, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
