Job Title: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Loughborough

Salary: £34,400 plus bonus and overtime (£39,200 OTE)

Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician or Mechanic looking to join a friendly, professional workshop where your skills are valued and rewarded? Our client, a respected automotive retailer in Loughborough, is expanding their team and seeking a skilled Service Technician (IMI Level 3 or equivalent) to carry out high-quality servicing and repairs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out scheduled service, maintenance, and repair work on customer and used vehicles
  • Diagnosing faults accurately and working to manufacturer standards
  • Recording completed work and parts used
  • Supporting and mentoring apprentices where needed
  • Staying up to date with the latest vehicle technologies and manufacturer training

About You:

  • Qualified to IMI Level 3 (or equivalent)
  • Confident in diagnostics and fault-finding
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
  • Great attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
