JOB PURPOSEPartner with Burberry's business leaders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional creative, marketing, and commercial talent that reflects our brand values and supports our global growth strategy. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and promoting Burberry as an employer of choice.
RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Partnership
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for creative, marketing, and commercial roles, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and select high-calibre candidates using innovative and diverse sourcing methods.
Brand Representation
- Act as a Burberry brand ambassador, showcasing our heritage and values at every candidate touchpoint.
- Represent Burberry at industry events, universities, and networking forums to build talent pipelines.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain proactive talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, creative networks, job boards, and partnerships with colleges.
Process Excellence
- Ensure compliance with Burberry's recruitment processes and global standards.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting through the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
Diversity & Inclusion
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and support Burberry's commitment to diversity across all roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for creative, buying, merchandising, marketing, and/or commercial roles within luxury, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
