Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn about different beverages and cocktails.
