What you will be doing...
  • Champion our company values to create a positive, compliant, high-performing culture and engaged teams.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the park, including budgets, sales, profit margins, and expenses, to meet annual financial targets.
  • Collaborate with department heads and regional support teams (HR, Health & Safety, Finance, etc.) to align with business strategies, maintain compliance, and drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new Heads of Department, ensuring they are supported and empowered to succeed.
  • Use customer feedback and market research to improve guest experiences, boost sales, and maximise profit margins.
  • Handle complaints, run Owner Forums when applicable, and ensure timely completion of actions from audits or inspections.
  • Manage park winterisation plans, capital projects, and proactively identify any weaknesses or security risks within company systems.
