We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at Midfield Lodge.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FOR WEEKENDS ONLY. EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

The main roles and responsibilities include.

· Presenting a positive and welcoming image to residents and other visitors, by telephone and in person,

· Care navigating patients to appropriate areas of the home,

· Processing incoming correspondence,

· General admin tasks and front desk reception duties.

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, reliable and a well organised team player with excellent communication skills and be able to deal with constant change in a busy and demanding healthcare environment.

All training will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Prior administrative and clerical experience
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Typing proficiency and data entry experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.22 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
