Job Summary:

As a Cleaning Crew Member at Ayaz Cleaning Service Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various residential and commercial properties. You will be part of a team that ensures each property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming to ensure the cleanliness of residential and commercial spaces.

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene is maintained.

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used correctly and are well-maintained.

Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times while working.

Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor or manager.

Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, courteous, and professional when interacting with clients.

Adhere to scheduled cleaning times and complete tasks within the designated timeframes.

Maintain accurate records of completed cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Flexibility in work hours; evening and weekend availability may be required.

A valid driver's license is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies (up to 25 lbs).

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.

Ability to work in various environments (e.g., residential homes, offices, or commercial spaces).
