Job Description
Salary:

Shirebrook, North Nottinghamshire. 5 days a week on site

The Frasers Group Elevation Programme will fast-track exceptional individuals to peak performance within two years through exposure to each of the teams within the Analytics Division. You'll experience the impact of data led decisions, supporting Group commercial direction influencing product performance, optimising seasonal trends, range and category decisions, workforce optimisation and much more.

Join our two-year rotational fast track Analytics Elevation Programme, where you will get exposure to analytics across a number of key business functions In Year 1 you will get exposure to the core Analytics functions across the group, Buying, Retail, Warehouse and Digital. Year 2 you will specialise within a certain area of the organisation.

With time spent in each function, you will understand the part data plays in all commercial decisions, you will be guided by experienced analytics experts at every step.

Data drives our business, whether it's product, performance, people or process, the key to commercial success lives in the numbers. As a Trainee Data Analyst, you will live and breath the fundamentals of good data management, supported by on-going training and the opportunity to specialise in a personal development path of your choice. You will operate on a truly global scale, supporting decision making across Europe, Australia, Malaysia and the U.K.

Qualifications

• Valid working rights for the UK
• No degree required but any degrees disciplines are considered
• 1 year+ work experience in any industry (if no degree)
• GCSE grade A*-C (or equivalent) in Maths & English
• The ability to put commerciality at the forefront of your decision making
• We are looking for people with a real passion for retail, spotting customer trends and helping us push the boundaries within this industry
• We want someone to bring our data to life and elevate our success

The Selection Process: (please read)
Your application will be reviewed by the Recruitment Team, and you will be informed if you have been successful within 30 days. Successful applications will be invited to complete a short online assessment, that measures aspects such as analytical skills, logic, reasoning and Frasers Group values and behaviours. If you are successful at this point, you will be invited to complete a video interview with one of the Recruitment Team, where you will get the chance to show us your fearless qualities and ask any questions about the programme, team, or group. Finally, the fearless few, will be invited to an onsite assessment centre, at our Shirebrook HQ in March 2026. Assessment centre travel expenses will be covered by Frasers Group, including trains/mileage and if necessary, hotels or flights. Job offers will be issued in April and the start date for the programme is in September 2026.
