Job Description
AeroCloud: Revolutionizing Airport Operations
AeroCloud is the new-age operating system for airports aiming to grow. Our suite includes Airport Operating Systems (AOS), Passenger Processing Systems (PPS), and Passenger Flow Management solutions, empowering airports to gain deep insights into the movement of passengers and aircraft around the world.
We achieve this by becoming the airport's first call for technology. Whether in times of need or growth, we stand alongside our clients, offering support through innovative software that drives their success.
Our Commitment to Excellence
At AeroCloud, being the airport's first call means exceeding expectations at every customer interaction. This is not just a goal; it's our standard. We prioritize detail, diligence, and a proactive approach in everything we do. If there's a task to be completed, we see it through. If a customer needs an answer we don't yet have, we respond promptly to let them know we're on it. We believe in keeping our team informed, being transparent, and maintaining accountability at every step.
About The Role
We're looking for a Product Manager with strong technical and customer-facing skills to join our Product team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between our Engineering teams, Commercial functions, and customers - ensuring AeroCloud's products solve real-world airport challenges while being technically robust and scalable.
You'll take ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch and iteration, balancing technical requirements such as APIs, integrations, and data flows with commercial priorities and customer value. This means listening to customers, understanding workflows, and translating them into solutions that deliver measurable impact.
If you enjoy getting into the technical detail while keeping customer needs front and centre, this role offers the best of both worlds.
Job Requirements
About You
- Experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, enterprise software, or a technical product environment
- Strong technical understanding — comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and system architecture
- Data-first mindset with an ability to interpret customer feedback and formulate commercial projections, manage performance of products and delivery of products. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise effectively and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to engage users and translate their needs into technical requirements and conduct discovery with the customer to lead to appropriate solutions for their identified needs
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical conversations
- Collaborative and commercially aware, able to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Customer Success
- Knowledge of aviation systems or mission-critical SaaS products (a plus, but not required)
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, balancing technical feasibility with customer value and business goals
- Manage and own the performance of products, including profit & loss, effectiveness of Go-To-Market strategy and product lifecycle stage-gate decisions
- Conduct discovery with customers to understand workflows, data flows, and operational challenges
- Translate customer problems and market opportunities into clear product specifications and prioritised backlogs
- Partner closely with Engineering on technical design, APIs, integrations, and system scalability
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful go-to-market launches, Commercial Enablement, campaign and promotional input
- Serve as a Subject Matter expert of product features and functionality and support Sales and Customer Success in technical and product-focused customer conversations and documentation
- Define, track, and report on end user success metrics, using adoption data and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement
- Stay up to date on aviation technology trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to guide product strategy
Job Benefits
What We Offer
- Competitive salary
- Best-in-Class Share Options scheme
- Flexible working environment
- 25 days annual leave + statutory holidays

- Access to our Employee Assistance Program

- Employee perks and discounts
- Salary sacrifice schemes – Cycle to Work and EV scheme
- Digital Nomad policy (work abroad up to 4 weeks a year)
