Blair West are supporting Flooring Superstore to find a Social & Content Manager. This newly created role sits within the wider marketing function and will focus on driving engagement and community growth across priority social channels.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the position is responsible for shaping social strategy, delivering engaging content, and optimising performance to build brand visibility and customer connection.

The opportunity:

  • Develop the day-to-day strategy for organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar that aligns with brand, trading, and marketing objectives.
  • Create, brief, and publish engaging content across formats such as video, carousel, stories, reels, and live streams.
  • Champion user-generated content by curating and sharing customer stories and brand moments.
  • Collaborate with product, trading, and ecommerce teams to ensure social activity supports wider commercial goals.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify reach.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as engagement, sentiment, and community growth.
  • Report regularly on social performance, trends, and campaign results, with recommendations for optimisation.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  • Proven experience managing organic social and content creation in a retail, consumer, or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong creative skills with an understanding of how to plan, brief, and execute engaging content across multiple formats.
  • Confidence in working with influencers, creators, and online communities.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and how to apply insights to improve results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and content calendars simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with digital, trading, and creative teams.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to spot emerging digital trends.
