We're on the lookout for an inspiring Early Years Teacher to join our close-knit team at Pepperberry Pre Prep School in Wilmslow. If you're passionate about giving children the very best start in life and thrive in a nurturing, high-quality early years environment - we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering a warm, engaging, and well-planned EYFS curriculum that supports every child's development
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues — we work as a team and support each other
  • Observing, assessing, and recording progress in a way that feels meaningful, not just tick-box
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive

We'd love to find someone who:

  • Holds a relevant teaching qualification (EYTS/QTS or equivalent)
  • Has a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development
  • Brings creativity, enthusiasm, and emotional intelligence to their teaching
  • Is reflective, proactive, and eager to contribute to the wider life of the school
