Job Summary:
We are seeking a Care Professional to provide compassionate care and support to individuals homes. The role involves assisting with care plans, communicating effectively, and utilising IT skills to enhance the quality of care provided.
Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of individualised care plans for clients in their own homes
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting
- Drive to different locations as required for home care visits
Qualifications:
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience in a home care or similar setting is desirable
- A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
- Ability to follow care plans and provide person-centred care
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents and team members
