You will also play a critical role in shaping the future of our product roadmap through your insights and client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Solution Enablement

- Act as the regulatory subject matter expert in client presentations, workshops, and platform demonstrations.
- Lead onboarding sessions to educate clients on how to translate their manual processes into FinregE's automated compliance workflows.
- Provide ongoing client support and advisory on both regulatory queries and FinregE platform functionality.
- Develop and deliver tailored training sessions, FAQs, and video guides for client and vendor education.
Regulatory Expertise & Advisory
- Serve as FinregE's internal and external authority on global financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Advise clients on interpreting regulatory changes, horizon scanning content, and impact assessments.
- Lead discussions with clients on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) mapping, obligations management, and regulatory change processes.
- Stay current on global regulatory developments to ensure FinregE's platform remains aligned with emerging trends.
Product Innovation & Roadmap Contribution
- Act as the bridge between clients and FinregE's product and AI engineering teams.
- Contribute regulatory insights and client feedback to inform product design, roadmap, and strategic direction.
- Define and validate AI-driven functionalities, such as automated regulatory interpretations, impact assessments, and obligations mapping.
- Collaborate with the data and technology teams to refine AI models and content workflows.
Content & Collateral Development
- Prepare high-quality slide decks and written materials for client pitches, demos, and solution showcases.
- Support the development of internal knowledge bases, regulatory content repositories, and best-practice playbooks.
- Assist in building FinregE's thought leadership by contributing to white papers, webinars, and training materials.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in financial regulation, compliance, or regulatory consulting — ideally within a Big 4, consultancy, or financial institution.
- Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA, PRA, ESMA, EBA, SEC, MAS, APRA) and their intersection with compliance operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple client projects concurrently, with excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Strong interest and aptitude in AI, technology, and data-driven compliance solutions.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory content into actionable operational insights and product features.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materials.

- Passion for AI-driven transformation in compliance and regulatory management.
- Experience working in or with RegTech, GRC systems, or SaaS environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
- Analytical thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys blending regulatory depth with technology enablement.
