About the Role

We're looking for reliable, compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team. You'll support adults in their homes and out in the community. Tasks might include:

  • Helping clients build confidence and independence

  • Travel training, money, and life admin

  • Attending appointments

  • Creating structure and routine

  • Supporting better wellbeing and emotional health

No two days are the same – it's varied, flexible, and rewarding.

What You'll Need

  • A UK driving licence and your own car

  • Experience is welcome – but we hire for heart and attitude
