Glasgow, Glasgow City, United Kingdom Eurowind Energy Full time £40,000 - £70,000 per year

We're looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our UK EPC team in Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to start or advance your career in renewable energy project management, contributing to the development and delivery of wind, solar, and hybrid projects.

Eurowind Energy is a global and leading developer, owner and operator of wind and solar energy projects. Based in Denmark, we operate in 16 different countries across Europe and in the U.S. and we are continuously growing our project portfolio. We believe in a future of renewable energy, and we have an ambitious plan of becoming the next generations' "Power Major". Based on a full value chain from greenfield project development to energy trading, more than 650+ team members are dedicated to create a greener future fueled with nothing but renewable energy

Your role

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute renewable energy projects from early design to completion. You'll gain hands-on experience across all stages of the project lifecycle, from budgeting and scheduling to safety compliance and stakeholder engagement.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support project planning, programming, and reporting in line with the EPC Project Model.
  • Assist in coordinating internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to contract administration, performance monitoring, and budget control.
  • Help maintain project schedules, risk registers, and financial reports.
  • Support implementation of health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
  • Liaise with utility providers and support grid connection activities.
  • Represent Eurowind Energy at meetings and industry events.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives.

Your profile

This role is good match for someone early in their career who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, international, and purpose-driven organisation.

The ideal candidate posses the following competencies and skills:

  • Degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
  • Some experience (e.g. internship, placement, or junior role) in construction or project management.
  • Basic understanding of health & safety regulations and construction processes.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Full UK driver's licence.

Renewable energy is our future. And so are our people

At Eurowind Energy we do our best to create a culture where everyone is valued and feels at home. You will notice this in your everyday work life, where you have the freedom to speak up and where your voice
does
mean something to us. We know that when you grow, we grow. Therefore, we strive to support you in what you think is right and in your personal and professional development. We offer you an exciting job in an energetic and international environment. And we promise you: the wind is never standing still.

Developing, operating and managing wind and solar parks is not just pure business for us. It is a way to view the world. And with this worldview comes a genuine ambition to be one of the leading developers in Europe. Because creating a future run entirely on green energy matters to us.

We manage our own portfolio of projects and at the same time, we perform technical and financial management of projects. We have throughout many years experienced sustained economic growth in the number of developed projects and companies in management. And we continue to expect this. Simply because it is in our nature to keep developing – projects, companies and our people.
