Full-Time Position (40 hours per week) – Work schedule varies, with shifts typically scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:30 pm.

We're looking for a welcoming and enthusiastic Receptionist to become part of our Front Office family, delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.

Your role in our family:

  • Provide a warm welcome and deliver outstanding service throughout the guest journey.
  • Efficiently manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Maintain clear communication with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Confident in using computer systems and able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Previous customer service experience in a front-facing role is essential
  • Experience in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel environment is highly desirable
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems would be an advantage
