About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about design and visual storytelling?

We're looking for a Graphic Design Apprentice to join our creative team and bring ideas to life through bold visuals, digital artwork, and brand-led design.

You'll gain hands-on experience producing real-world design assets — from social media graphics and campaign materials to print layouts and brand identities — all while working towards your Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship qualification.

What You'll Learn and Do

As part of your day-to-day role, you'll:

  • Design engaging graphics for social media, web, and print
  • Support brand consistency across marketing and communication materials
  • Work with creative briefs to develop visual concepts and layouts
  • Use tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and media teams on campaign projects
  • Receive feedback and refine designs to meet professional standards

Training and Support

You'll be enrolled on the Level 3 Content Creator Apprenticeship, delivered by The Michael Streete Foundation (MSFDN) — combining real workplace experience with structured professional training.

You'll benefit from:

  • 12–18 months of guided learning led by creative industry experts
  • Mentorship and feedback on live design projects
  • Ongoing portfolio development and employability support

Who We're Looking For

No previous design experience is required — just creativity, curiosity, and the motivation to learn.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have a passion for visual communication and storytelling
  • Be familiar with or keen to learn design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Have a strong eye for detail, colour, and composition
  • Be open to feedback and eager to develop new skills
  • Be proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple design tasks

After completing your apprenticeship, you'll be equipped for roles such as:

  • Junior Graphic Designer
  • Creative Assistant
  • Marketing Designer
  • Digital Content Creator
