We're partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS company in the engineering sector that's looking to hire its first Head of Product. Reporting directly to the CPO, you'll play a key role in driving the company's shift toward a product-led growth strategy and shaping the next phase of its evolution.

This is an opportunity to join a business investing heavily in innovation, new features, and product expansion. A Head of Product, you'll have real influence over the product vision and roadmap, helping to build a best-in-class SaaS offering.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a senior product leadership role (Head of Product, Product Director, or equivalent)
  • Strong track record scaling SaaS products and teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent communicator with experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Confident engaging with senior leadership and presenting to the board
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
