About the Role

We're looking for a Property Valuer to join our award-winning Colchester branch, leading the charge in one of the region's most dynamic property markets.

You'll be the face of H+W — engaging clients, winning instructions, and guiding homeowners through their selling journey with confidence and care.

If you have Estate Agency experience, brilliant — but if you come from a sales background and know how to connect, close, and deliver exceptional service, we'll provide the tools and training to make you a success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Attending property valuations across Colchester and surrounding areas.
  • Delivering the H+W Marketing Plan to vendors whilst advising on marketing strategies, pricing, and presentation.
  • Building long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Working collaboratively with our in-branch teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Contributing to local marketing campaigns and community events that elevate the H+W brand.

Estate agency experience is ideal, but strong sales experience with a proven track record is equally valued.
