The Role:
As a Senior Manager, FSA, you will be responsible for leading Site Specialists and Site Partners, teams, and operational processes to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery across your assigned region, customer, or function. You will drive the implementation of ICON's new Feasibility and Site Activation operating model, focusing on scalable consolidation and continuous improvement.
You will:
Lead and inspire regional and functional teams to deliver accelerated site activations with the highest quality standards.
Manage timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction for assigned projects and teams.
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives aligned with ICON's strategic direction.
Oversee resource planning, utilization, and headcount management to meet business and financial objectives.
Act as a senior escalation point and liaison for clients, ensuring exceptional partnership and delivery.
Represent FSA during audits, inspections, and key internal and external meetings.
Partner with senior leadership on global initiatives and strategic transformation projects.
What You Need:
Significant leadership experience within the clinical research industry, ideally in Site Activation, Study Start-Up, or related functions.
Proven track record in managing large, multi-country teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into practical outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
