We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team to carry out service and maintenance duties to provide a safe environment for our staff and customers. The role will primarily be overseeing our training academy in Warrington, with occasional travel to other Utilita sites.

What would you be doing?

  • Undertake general maintenance tasks which will include (But not limited to)
  • Plumbing
  • First fix electrical works/ testing and inspection
  • Fabric maintenance
  • Carpentry and joinery
  • Painting and decorating
  • PAT testing
  • Supervise contractors to ensure maintenance is complete.
  • maintain effective business relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers;
  • manage maintenance inventory & ensure adequate stock levels of parts and equipment.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous hands-on experience working in a trade role.
  • Good understanding of the composition of commercial properties.
  • Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
  • IT literate and able to use a Facilities Ticketing system.
