PE Global is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Basingstoke.

This is an initial 12 months contract.

The role is based in Basingstoke, 3 days in the office, 2 from home

Rate is

between £20.84 and £27.78 per hour depending on experience.

Duties of the role/Responsibilities

  • To own operational projects including (but not limited to) Sales force operations, GDPR reconciliation, managing access and security, Veeva, etc. and enable process improvements to achieve the goal of making the team streamlined in operations
  • Own, oversee and coordinate regular operations like loading Performance Objectives, Target list, Audience list, reconciliation process, GDPR mailers, etc.
  • Identify, develop, implement and document processes to improve efficiency
  • Process and track purchase orders related to data operations and vendor services
  • Build expertise in on anything related to Veeva (Data, platform and training)
  • Owns relationship and collaborate with Global customer operations
  • Ensure quick resolution to issues that arise during operations
  • Maintain the integrity and security of company data by complying with rules and regulations and managing appropriate access to data

Education, skills

  • Possess foundational experience in visualization software, such as Power BI
  • Expertise on Veeva
  • Experience in using Microsoft skills like Powerpoint, Excel, Co-Pilot
  • Experience in data operations, conducting training, and process improvements
  • Experience of working in a virtual, multi-national organization and in cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and guiding team members to complete a task
  • Confidence and willingness to take on new challenges and manage multiple projects
  • Exhibit a 'team first' attitude, fostering collaboration and guiding the team towards continuous improvement
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written)
