- Ensure the IAG team delivers a high-quality, impartial service through 1:1 advice and group sessions.
- Coordinate careers-related events and employer engagement activities across the academic year.

- Lead the College's enrichment programme, working with staff to deliver a timetable of clubs, societies and student activities.
- Plan and deliver a calendar of themed events including careers fairs, HE fairs, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) activities.
- Coordinate the Student Union, student voice forums and other student engagement events across all campuses.
- Tutorial Programme & Personal Development
- Manage the College's tutorial programme, ensuring coverage of safeguarding, employability, progression and Fundamental British Values.
- Work with curriculum, safeguarding, wellbeing and quality teams to develop learning resources and activities that promote students' personal development.
- Support initiatives that improve attendance, behaviour and learner engagement.
- Partnerships & Support
- Liaise with external agencies, voluntary organisations and community partners to extend support for learners and reduce the risk of students becoming NEET.
- Support the delivery of the College's Student Services Strategy in line with the Strategic Plan and Quality Improvement Plan.
- Undertake any additional duties relevant to the role and organisational needs.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities.
- Ability to build effective relationships with students, employers, curriculum teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating employability, work experience, careers or enrichment activities (or willingness to develop these skills).
