Hours: 2.30am am (includes some weekend working)

Salary: £27,000 per annum

We're looking for a proactive and organised Driver Dispatcher to play a vital role in the smooth, safe, and efficient dispatch of our daily vehicles. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll make sure our drivers have everything then need to deliver exceptional service to our customers across London and the South East.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate driver schedules and vehicle allocation using our Transport Management System.
  • Ensure accurate data transfers between systems and prepare key reports for the morning operation.
  • Oversee pre-departure checks, manage defect reports, and issue fuel cards and customer keys.
  • Deploy spare drivers to cover absences and keep routes running smoothly.
  • Support compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
  • Work closely with Transport Supervisors to maintain operational efficiency during the critical dispatch period.

What we're looking for:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills.
  • Clear and confident communication - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Transport Management Systems is a bonus, but fill training will be provided.
