Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Jigsaw Pre School Sproughton. Based in Sproughton, this role is vital in supporting our mission to provide outstanding early years care and education. Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of children aged 18 months to school age.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through high-quality interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
  • Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting by participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or nursery setting.
  • Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in early childhood education or childcare.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic, caring, and patient attitude.
  • Valid driving license is preferred but not essential.
