Who is Grace & Savour?
Grace & Savour, number 4 restaurant in the UK according to Square Meal, winner of 4 AA rosette, "exceptional" rating from the Good Food Guide and awarded a Michelin star less than a year after opening is on the search for a passionate driven chef de rang to join the team.
Grace & savour tells the story of our land and seas over an immersive multi-course menu experience, in a 32-seat restaurant, set within a working kitchen garden.
We have shortened our supply chain by sourcing direct and taken time with our growers to tell an authentic story of sustainability. We want to reconnect our guests with the land and sea through wonderful produce from growers across the British Isle that care deeply for their land and the seas.

Job requirements
We are looking for someone who :
Have experience as a Junior Sommelier/Sommelier in a similar environment.
Assist in wine service during lunch and dinner, ensuring professional, warm, and knowledgeable guest interaction
Maintain and organise the wine cellar, ensuring correct storage, rotation, and inventory
Participate in staff wine training and tastings
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in wine service areas
Stay up to date with wine trends, producers, and sustainability in winemaking
Uphold the Grace & Savour ethos of storytelling, sustainability, and hospitality excellence
As Junior Sommelier, you will assist in delivering an exceptional wine and beverage experience that complements our tasting menu. Under the guidance of the Head Sommelier, you will support all aspects of wine service — from cellar management to guest interaction — while developing your own knowledge of wines, non-alcoholic pairings, and food pairing philosophy. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in wine within a Michelin environment.
WSET accreditation would be advantageous although funding for further training and development is abundant for the right people.
